in-class: look at the usage handout; check your website’s accessibility; website peer reviews
- authors: create a new Google doc here and write three questions that you would like feedback on
- reviewers:
- Check the navigation, clicking on all of the links on all of the pages (including in the footer). In the Google doc, note any links that don’t work.
- Check the appearance of the website at a variety of browser sizes, including mobile. In the Google doc, note any problems with the website not appearing correctly.
- Check the writing on all pages of the website, noting any typos or other errors.
- Make one suggestion to revise a sentence with a “to be” verb.
- Make one suggestion to improve diction.
- Revise a sentence or sentences to include either a colon or a semi-colon.
- Make one suggestion to improve the appearance of the website–for instance, by changing the font, colors, menu, or layout of a page or pages.
- Answer the three questions!
