in class: photoediting tutorial #3; images you can use for this tutorial are here ; upload your image to the photoediting day 2 folder
assignment (due on Friday 7/3):
- Using text, masked text, and layer styles (along with what you learned in tutorial #1), create three image/text drafts that might work for your image/text project.
- Upload these drafts to the image/text first drafts folder. Include your last name in the file names (e.g., “sorapure1.jpg”, “sorapure2.jpg”, “sorapure3.jpg”).
- Complete Padlet v1 and email the link to me (sorapure@ucsb.edu) by Sunday 7/5.
Thursday 7/2: Open Studio—note the new day/time
Drop in (https://ucsb.zoom.us/j/8949672892) between 8:00 and 10:00 to work on your three image drafts. I’ll be there to answer questions and give feedback.
Friday 7/3: three image/text drafts due
Upload the three files to the image/text first drafts folder. Include your last name in the file names (e.g., “sorapure1.jpg”, “sorapure2.jpg”, “sorapure3.jpg”).
Sunday 7/6: Padlet v1 due
Send me the link to your Padlet v1 (sorapure@ucsb.edu).
